Really fast turnaround, no hassles.
I posted my daughter's kindle with a cracked screen on a Friday - got an email at 6pm Saturday saying it had been received and repaired, and was back in the post! Had it back by Wednesday morning. Kindle's now back to perfect condition, no hassle, super fast. I sent a cracked kindle screen it to a different company last year and it took nearly 6 weeks to come back - update emails, chasing, checking the "customer portal" for updates - awful.
