Express Mail-In Repair Service For Huawei MateBook D 15 USB Charging Port

If your Huawei MateBook D 15 has stopped charging via USB or is completely dead, you have found the most reliable place to get your device repaired in an efficient and simple way which includes a full warranty.

One of the most common failures with this Huawei MateBook D 15 is the connection between the USB charging socket and the circuit board. In most instances the device will just fail to charge altogether and act as though it is dead. Sometimes the charging port does not physically look damaged to the eye when looking at it, this is because it is internally damaged, however sometimes it is clear that the charging pins inside the connector are destroyed.

We like to keep things as clear and simple as possible for our clients so we have a fixed price service for any charging/powering issue. Once repaired, we will guarantee the device will power on, function perfectly and charge again. Best of all, we repair it and post it back to you within only 1-2 working days! That's right, it will be back in a fully working condition before you know it. Finally, all of our repairs are fully backed with our warranty, in the unlikely event that it fails again we fix it for free!

Simply order this repair service and post your device from anywhere in the UK in a few easy steps:

1. Place the order by ‘Add to Basket’ and pay for this service

2. Post the device by following the instructions in the confirmation email once the order is placed

3. We will repair, test and dispatch the device back to you within a few working days

All of our repair services are backed with a full warranty. In the unlikely event that this does not fix your device, we refund you (minus postage) and post it back.

Very Satisfied Customer

I am extremely pleased with the repairs conducted by Advanced Repairs. Even although the USB charging socket had been badly damaged they were able to successfully repair and restore my Huawei D15 Matebook to full working order. For the sum of £90.00 they kept me fully informed on the progress of the repair which was carried out within a a week including transit to and from them. I can recommend Advanced Repairs as a very professional company and a pleasure to deal with.

Great, quick job on the USB charging port repair for my Huawei Matebook D15 laptop

Advanced Repair brilliantly did a very swift job of bringing my Huawei Matebook D15 laptop back to life by opening it up and making the power port/socket work again. Communication was very good, and I posted it on a Wednesday and had it back on the Saturday revitalised.

I had been nervous of sending my laptop off to anyone but it seems I needn't have worried. I was always impressed by Advanced Repair being the only repair website that I had encountered that detailed the specific problem with my particular laptop and offered a solution. They were also kind to listen to my many queries for ten minutes over the phone; then when they received the laptop, they couldn't have fixed it and sent it back any quicker.

To give a bit more detail:

My laptop had stopped being able to charge up. I had initially thought it might just need a new cable, but none of the replacements I bought worked. I looked at other possibilities but reluctantly came to the conclusion that the port/socket was the problem and so the laptop would need to be opened up.

So, this is where Advanced Repair came in. They put me at ease over the phone and I soon packaged the laptop inside its original box with a lot of bubble wrap, foam and tape and sent it from where I live in Kent on 8 February. I know via Royal Mail tracking it arrived in Bradford the following day just before 11am and then was sent back to me repaired in little more than two hours, if that. It arrived to my house on 11 February (because I had asked for 48-hour tracked delivery) and now works with any of the three cables that I own.

I certainly do not regret picking Advanced Repair over Huawei. I had contacted the latter, but found their customer service terrible (and judging by their ratings and feedback on various websites, most people agree). They had no working phone number, the emailed responses I received seemed bot-like, evasive and unable to give answers to basic questions regarding where the laptop would be sent and what the cost would likely be.

Therefore, if you have the same problem as I had, definitely go with Advanced Repair. They couldn't have been any clearer or quicker.
