Sony Xperia XZ2 USB Repair
I have a Sony Xperia XZ2 that stopped responding to the USB charger about a month ago. I have been using a wireless charger, but wanted to get the USB port repaired as it is easier to use on the go. I received a very reasonable quote for the repair from Advanced Repair. I also contacted them about possibly replacing the battery. They responded that they did not keep the battery for my phone in stock, but when I offered to source a new battery ahead of the repair, they offered to give it a go while replacing the damaged USB port. I'm a teacher and waited until the very last Zoom meeting of the school year was over when I knew I could do without my phone for a bit and posted it to them on Friday evening right before the post office closed. I received notification by Monday that my phone had been received and notification by Tuesday that my phone had been repaired. It is now Wednesday, and my repaired phone is back in my very grateful hands -- all at a very reasonable price for the work done. I'd like to add that last month my daughter needed her Samsung phone repaired, and we went with the official Samsung repair service. The official Samsung repair service repaired my daughter's phone at twice the price, twice the time, and they wiped the phone so that we had to re-install everything. Advanced Repair did not do anything to my phone other than repair it so that it works like new again. If I could give them more than five stars I would. I am very appreciative of their extremely professional way of doing business and would definitely use them again if one of our other family devices needs repair in the future.
